Fingal County Council is considering the best future commercial use of the soon to be refurbished RNLI Boathouse and is now seeking expressions of interest from commercial operators to locate their business in the refurbished property!
The RNLI Boathouse is an iconic building located in a prime location on the edge of Balbriggans main beach, Quay Street, directly opposite the Harbour & Lighthouse.

In the boathouse, please submit your expression of interest questionnaire electronically to ourbalbriggan@fingal.ie by 23rd October.
Site visits will be facilitated on 13th/14th October.
