The Community Development Pillar is chaired by Paul Carroll, Director of Services, Housing and Community Development, Fingal County Council. The purpose of the Pillar is to continue making Balbriggan an ambitious, confident, safe and inclusive community where all people can realise their full potential. To plan, assist and collaborate in the development of services and improve interagency cooperation to achieve this. The Group meets on a quarterly basis.
