The restoration of the Boathouse & Bath House form part of the town’s ambitious rejuvenation plans.
Transformational public realm upgrades will connect a revitalised town centre, Quay Street & Harbour with its beautiful beaches and coastline.
Fingal County Council will commence enabling works at the Balbriggan Boathouse & Bath House (nr Martello Tower) on Monday 12th February, it is expected to last approximately 6 weeks.
The Enabling Works, with ecological monitoring for initial vegetation clearance, is the first phase of works to repair and restore these buildings for community use. These works will allow the design team safe access for a full assessment of the site’s potential.
Please note some pedestrian restrictions may occur during this period.
